New member of the family.

We bought a digital Yamaha Portable Grand.

 Jasper was jealous I think.

Until we let him play in the box, that is. 

Boxes are his favorite.

Sometime in June my dad came and helped me make and plant a garden so I could have my very own fresh from the garden tomatoes.... for tomato sandwiches... because I don't think I could ever last a summer without them.

And a couple months later and after fighting and winning a battle with some slugs.... 

Not going to lie, I'm kinda proud of myself. 

I need a vacation.

Seriously.

My job (and really my whole life in general) is kickin' my butt these days. I need a break so I can catch my breath, you know?

Good thing we're heading to Bear Lake for 6 days on Thursday.
